This is a vintage tea bowl of Japanese Kyo ware, which was made by the 1st class potter, Zuiho Nishio about 30 years ago. Some flower patterns are shaped on the bowl. This type of design's tea bowl is called "Mishima Jawan (Mishima style tea bowl)", which was started around 1590. They are typically painted with overglaze enamel pigments.
The seal of the potter is stamped on the bottom. This chawan is in very good condition, There are no chips or cracks.
