The Natsume-Bachi basin is carved from granite to resemble the jujube fruit for which the Natsume tea holder is named. Traditional and simple, this basin has clean curves and is without any adornment.
This style tsukubai is available in two sizes: 12-inch wide by 12-inches high; 18-inches wide by 20-inches high.
Other accessories for a proper installation are also available: river stones, underground reservoir, water spout, water ladle.
Special shipping is needed for heavier items (over 100 lbs.). They must be sent by truck, as they do not qualify for UPS, FedEx or postal rates. The shipping cost is typically around $200-$350 in the US. This amount will be charged on orders. When the actual shipping cost is determined, any over-payment will be returned.
