Hashi

There are many types of Hashi (chopsticks, picks and skewers) used in Tea Ceremony. Some are used for food, but there are also special types used for moving charcoal and other items.

Hashi are made from a wide range of materials depending on their use and the aesthetics desired. Here is a selection of the most common.
