Higashi

Sweets are integral to the Tea Ceremony.  I usually carry a good assortment of Higashi (dry sweets), which are perfect for usucha (thin tea).  Recently, I lost my key supplier for Higashi and I am negotiating with another supplier to carry their product.  In the meantime, we are short of supply, and only have a few boxes of sweets left.  I will announce to our mailing list and on this website when I have a good supply back in.
