Shoyeido's Miyako sumi charcoal has twice the surface area of our popular rectangular charcoal. It's easy to light, versatile, and long lasting. Use these charcoals for lighting aromatic wood chips and granules, kneaded incense or pressed incense. 1 box contains 48 high quality charcoal pieces. Charcoal squares measure 1" long x 1/2" wide by 1/4" thick. They light easily and burn evenly.Ê Use them in a glazed ceramic incense bowl with white ash and a mica plate.
